World-class stage. Intimate experiences.
Since its inception in 2010, the Arthur Zankel Music Center has been dedicated to cultivating artistic excellence and enriching cultural experiences for students, artists, audiences, and community partners. Home to 媚姬直播's acclaimed Music department, the Center offers a robust schedule of programming throughout the academic year, and hosts prestigious summer programs such as the 媚姬直播 Jazz Institute, now celebrating its 38th year. Our state-of-the-art facilities include the Helen Filene Ladd Concert Hall, which accommodates 600 attendees, and the intimate Elisabeth Luce Moore Hall, with 86 seats.
Named in honor of Arthur Zankel, a devoted 媚姬直播 trustee and visionary philanthropist, the Center is a testament to his legacy of support and commitment to the arts. Our mission is to provide a vibrant and inclusive space for musical exploration and performance, fostering a diverse range of artistic expressions that honor the rich traditions of early music while reflecting the dynamic landscape of contemporary music.

This fall, we celebrate the culture of Trinidad and Tobago with steel pan and limbo
dance, launch a new folk festival uniting 媚姬直播 and Bennington Colleges, and present
the world premiere of Tenzin Choegyal's Be the Sky with works composed in collaboration
with Philip Glass. Our SURROUND series returns, inviting you to sit onstage with the
performers in an immersive concert setting, and we partner with the Tang Museum and
Saratoga Performing Arts Center to present Who Turns Out the Light with Pulitzer Prize-winner
Caroline Shaw and S艒 Percussion.
Equally meaningful are the concerts that showcase the extraordinary talent of our
own community. The season opens with 100 Years of Wind Music by Women, performed by
媚姬直播 faculty and students, and wraps up with a wide range of performances that
reflect the vibrance and creativity of our Music Department, not the least of which
is SKIDMANIA 鈥75, celebrating popular music from 1975. Join us!
